Privacy
This page explains what personal data may be processed when you visit `sehin.eu`, send a message, use the chat widget, or contact me by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Server logs and hosting
When you visit the site, the hosting platform and server infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, user agent and basic error information. This is used to keep the site working, investigate outages and protect the service against abuse.
Email and contact requests
If you contact me by email, I process the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, domain, problem description, urgency and contact details. This data is used only to reply, assess the request, prepare a quote or carry out the agreed work.
Intake form
The help form on this website prepares an email to `info@sehin.eu` in your own email client. The data you enter there is used only for handling your request and is not meant for passwords, private keys or other sensitive secrets.
Chat widget
The site includes a chat widget for general questions about services, pricing and technical help. Messages entered there are sent to the site backend and processed through the OpenAI API to generate a reply. Please do not send passwords, private keys, billing details or other sensitive information through the chat widget.
External messaging links
Links to WhatsApp and Telegram are external links. If you use them, the respective provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
No accounts, no on-site checkout
This website does not currently provide customer logins, account areas or on-site payment processing. Project work, billing and service delivery are handled directly after contact.
Your rights
You may request information about stored personal data, ask for correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing. For privacy questions, email info@sehin.eu.
Updates
This page may be updated if the site changes, for example if analytics, a different hosting setup or new service tools are introduced.
